Celesta's Unified Universe Dress

Proof that I still can (kinda) draw!
mentioned that she missed my doodles, so I had to give her something...that's how nice I am.

So here is Celesta, this time in her Unified Universe Meeting dress. This thing is supposed to be incredibly heavy and complicated to deal with. Its made to resonate with her magic and therefore makes her have to use magic just to touch it, and obviously it would take some magic to be able to MOVE in it. D: So basically she "bleeds" magic in this dress which means there is little magic left to do much else, which is supposed to keep people from immediately going "OMG she's using her spooky magic powers on me!" during the meetings. I decided to leave out the veil part that covers basically her whole face so no one can see her reactions as well. She hates this dress, a lot, so that is a very forced smile there.

In contrast this kinda dress was just a common outfit for the Imperial wizards (that's how large of a difference in power there is between Imperial wizards and stranded ones).

Really I just wanted a BIG complicated piece to test out how the new desktop handles CS2. I have always kinda skated around actually describing one of these outfits (everyone in the Roynal family has one) and thought it's time to actually try to draw one up, so here it is. LOTS of little details and textures ended up in that thing, so it took me like 2 weeks to finish. x.x After finally finishing it I got lazy with the bg. *shrugs*
